Vizio

Terms of Use

These terms cover this website. They do not cover work we do for clients — that is governed by the contract signed for the engagement.

What this site is

An informational website about Vizio and the work we do. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver anything. A proposal is a proposal only when we have sent you one and it says so.

Using the contact form

Please send us only information you are entitled to send. Do not put credentials, personal data belonging to other people, or anything covered by a confidentiality agreement into the form — it is an unencrypted e-mail on the other end. If a project needs us to see sensitive material, we will set up a proper channel first.

Content and marks

The text, design and code of this site belong to Vizio. Names and logos of other companies shown here belong to their respective owners and appear with their permission; nothing about their presence implies they endorse anything on this page.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of what this page says — talk to us first.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown below.
